Ingredients
- Shè xiāng (麝香 Moschus , musk)
- Chán sū (蟾酥 Bufonis Venenum, toad venom)
- Bīng piàn (冰片 Borneolum , borneol)
- Xì xīn (细辛 Asari Rhizoma et Radix, asarum)
- Yá zào (牙皂 Gleditsiae Fructus Abnormalis, small gleditsia [fruit])
- Nào yáng huā (闹羊花 Rhododendri Mollis Flos, yellow azalea [flower])
- Péng shā (硼砂 Borax , borax)
- Jīng jiè (荆芥 Schizonepetae Herba, schizonepeta) (charred)
- Dēng xīn tàn (灯心炭 Junci Medulla Carbonisata, charred juncus [pith])
Actions: Frees the jaw and opens the orifices.
Indications: (a) Summerheat or malignity stroke with signs such as dizziness, oppression in the chest; or (b) qì block clouding reversal.
