Rationale: This formula, like Mosla Powder ², contains Huáng lián, which clears heat and dries dampness, addressing the same patterns as those treated by Mosla Powder [1], but where the internal dampness is transforming into heat.

Notes: This is Mosla Powder [1] plus Huáng lián.
