Raw Rhinoceros Horn Powder
生犀角散 〔生犀角散〕 shēng xī jiǎo sǎn

Ingredients
- Shēng xī jiǎo (生犀角 Rhinocerotis Cornu Crudus, raw rhinoceros horn) 30g
- Má huáng (麻黄 Ephedrae Herba, ephedra) 30g
- Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 22.5g
- Tiān má (天麻 Gastrodiae Rhizoma, gastrodia [root]) 22.5g
- Qiāng huó (羌活 Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, notopterygium [root]) 22.5g
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 22.5g
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root]) 22.5g
- Gé gēn (葛根 Puerariae Radix, pueraria [root]) 22.5g
- Chì fú líng (赤茯苓 Poria Rubra, red poria) 22.5g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 15g
- Qín jiāo (秦艽 Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, large gentian [root]) 15g
- Shí gāo (石膏 Gypsum Fibrosum, gypsum) 45g
Indications: Wind stroke in pregnancy with rigidity of the limbs and clouded spirit.
Method: Grind to a rough powder.
