Ingredients

• Xiàng pí (象皮 Elephantis Corium, elephant’s hide)
• Rǔ xiāng (乳香 Olibanum , frankincense)
• Mò yào (没药 Myrrha , myrrh)
• Ér chá (儿茶 Catechu , cutch)
• Bīng piàn (冰片 Borneolum , borneol)
• Zhēn zhū (珍珠 Margarita , pearl)
• Xuè jié (血竭 Daemonoropis Resina, dragon’s blood)
• Qīng fěn (轻粉 Calomelas , calomel)
• Qiān fěn (铅粉 Galenitum Praeparatum, processed galenite)
• Chóng bái là (虫白蜡 Cera Chinensis , Chinese wax)

Actions: Engenders flesh and closes wounds.

Indications: Welling- and flat-abscesses (yōng jū) and other sores that fail to heal.

Method: Grind to a fine powder and dab on the affected area after washing with strong tea.
