Spleen-Clearing Dampness-Eliminating Beverage
清脾除湿饮 〔清脾除濕飲〕 qīng pí chú shī yǐn

Ingredients
- Chì fú líng (赤茯苓 Poria Rubra, red poria) 3g
- Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root]) (stir-fried with earth) 3g
- Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome]) (stir-fried with rice water) 3g
- Huáng qín (黄芩 Scutellariae Radix, scutellaria [root]) 3g
- Zhī zǐ (栀子 Gardeniae Fructus, gardenia [fruit]) 3g
- Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber]) 3g
- Shēng gān cǎo (生甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix Cruda, raw licorice [root]) 3g
- Lián qiào (连翘 Forsythiae Fructus, forsythia [fruit]) 3g
- Zhǐ ké (qiào) (枳壳 Aurantii Fructus, bitter orange) (stir-fry with gran) 3g
- Xuán míng fěn (玄明粉 Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus, refined mirabilite) 3g
Indications: Fire red sores (huǒ chì chuāng) ascribed to exuberant damp-heat, that are as small as euryale seeds at first, growing as large as chess pieces, taken the form of red blisters that are scorching hot and painful. They are most commonly observed on the lower body.
