Ingredients:

• Xī jiǎo (犀角 Rhinocerotis Cornu, rhinoceros horn)
• Yín chái hú (银柴胡 Stellariae Radix, stellaria)
• Yīn chén (茵陈 Artemisiae Scopariae Herba, virgate wormwood)
• Shí hú (石斛 Dendrobii Herba, dendrobium)
• Zhǐ ké (qiào) (枳壳 Aurantii Fructus, bitter orange)
• Mài mén dōng (麦门冬 Ophiopogonis Radix, ophiopogon [root])
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root])
• Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root])
• Huáng qín (黄芩 Scutellariae Radix, scutellaria [root])
• Zhī mǔ (知母 Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, anemarrhena [root])
• Pí pá yè (枇杷叶 Eriobotryae Folium, loquat leaf)

Action:

Indication: Cocoon lip that is hard and elevated, whether it is ruptured, associated with vacuity heat engendering phlegm, or with a thirst pattern.

Category:

Method: 3 gr of each agent, and decoct with danzhuye and 12 lengths of juncus.
