Ingredients:

• Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 15g
• Chái hú (柴胡 Bupleuri Radix, bupleurum [root]) 21g
• Huáng lián (黄连 Coptidis Rhizoma, coptis [root]) (stir-fried) 30g
• Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 30g
• Qiāng huó (羌活 Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, notopterygium [root]) 30g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) (mix-fried) 15g
• Huáng qín (黄芩 Scutellariae Radix, scutellaria [root]) 60g

Action:

Indication: Wind-damp-heat congesting the eyes or hemilateral headache and medial headache that has persisted for years.

Category:

Method: Grind to powder.

Dosage: 6g at a time drenched with water.
