Ingredients

• Qiāng huó (羌活 Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, notopterygium [root])
• Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia)
• Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome])
• Shēng má (升麻 Cimicifugae Rhizoma, cimicifuga [root])
• Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome])

Actions: Dispels wind-damp; resolves exterior evils.

Indications: Wind-damp damaging the exterior with oppression in the chest. Tongue fur: White and slimy.
