Ingredients

• Niú bàng zǐ (牛蒡子 Arctii Fructus, arctium [seed]) 30g
• Dàn dòu chǐ (淡豆豉 Sojae Semen Praeparatum, fermented soybean¹) (stir-fried) 30g
• Qiāng huó (羌活 Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, notopterygium [root]) 30g
• Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 15g
• Huáng qí (黄芪 Astragali Radix, astragalus [root]) 15g

Indications: Hypertonicity of the limbs. fy see jianming 201

Method: Grind all constituents to a fine powder.

Dosage: Take 3g 3 times a day.
