Ingredients

• Fēng mì (蜂蜜 Mel , honey)

Actions: Moistens the intestines and frees stool.

Indications: Dry bound stool in the rectum that is difficult to evacuate.

Method: Simmer the honey until solidifies on cooling. Form into small nuggets that will fit in the anus.

Rationale: Honey taken orally help to moisten the intestines. This formula uses honey to made into nuggets that can be inserted into the anus to free the stool.
