Ingredients:

• Fēng mì (蜂蜜 Mel , honey)

Action: Moistens the intestines and frees stool.

Indication: Dry bound stool in the rectum that is difficult to evacuate.

Method: Simmer the honey until solidifies on cooling. Form into small nuggets that will fit in the anus.
