Ingredients

• Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root]) 1.5–3g
• Dà fù pí (大腹皮 Arecae Pericarpium, areca husk) 6–9g
• Chén xiāng (沉香 Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, aquilaria [wood]) 3–6g
• Wū yào (乌药 Linderae Radix, lindera [root]) 6–9g

Actions: Precipitates qì and downbears counterflow.

Indications: Right qì vacuity with seven-affect qì counterflow unclear invading the lung and stomach manifesting as qì ascent and rapid panting, vexation and oppression, and reduced eating.

Method: Decoct with water.
