Ingredients

• Bái fán (白矾 Alumen , alum)
• Fēng là (蜂蜡 Cera Flava , bee’s wax)

Indications: Welling- and flat-abscesses (yōng jū) (including mammary welling-abscess (rǔ yōng) and pulmonary welling-abscess (fèi yōng), and painful swollen hemorrhoids and fistulas.

Method: Blend alum with the wax and form into pills the size of firmiana seeds. Swallow with wine.
