Ingredients
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 3g
- Huáng bǎi (黄柏 Phellodendri Cortex, phellodendron [bark]) 3g
- Mài dōng (麦冬 Ophiopogonis Radix, ophiopogon [root]) 3g
- Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome]) 3g
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 2.1g
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) 9g
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root]) 1.5g
- Huáng lián (黄连 Coptidis Rhizoma, coptis [root]) 1.5g
- Wǔ wèi zǐ (五味子 Schisandrae Fructus, schisandra [berry]) 1.5g
- Zhī mǔ (知母 Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, anemarrhena [root]) 0.9g
- Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) 0.9g
- Xiān máo (仙茅 Curculiginis Rhizoma, curculigo [root]) 2.1g
- Dù zhòng (杜仲 Eucommiae Cortex, eucommia [bark]) 2.1g
Actions: Supplements the blood, dries dampness, and strengthens the limbs.
Indications: Wilting and weakness of the limbs hampering movement.
Method: Decoct with water.
