From A Thousand Gold Pieces Prescriptions (千金要方 qiān jīn yào fāng). Pain in the heart region due to worm accumulation in patients with spleen vacuity and a tendency to excessive consumption of sweet fatty foods. Worm heart pain is an intermittent pain associated with the gathering of a swelling. Sometimes there are yellow-white patches on the face. The complexion is now green-blue, now white.
