Throat-locking welling-abscess

锁喉痈 〔鎖喉癰〕suǒ hóu fēng

A lesion in front of the ear at GB-2 (Auditory Convergence, 聽會 tīng huì) that is shaped like scrofula and gradually grows to affect the throat, causing swelling and blockage of the throat that hampers swallowing.
