For example, drum distension characterized by abdominal distension, inhibited stool and urine, emaciation, withered-yellow facial complexion, reduced food intake, shortness of breath and lack of strength, and a fine stringlike pulse, repletion pattern of binding depression of qì and blood complicated by insufficiency of the spleen and kidney.
