Murky eye obstruction
混睛障 〔混睛障〕hùn jīng zhàng
Also qì obstruction. A turbid gray-white eye screen like ground glass covering the dark of the eye, that in severe cases is dark red with red vessels and with a red aura around the dark of the eye. Murky eye obstruction is also associated with tearing and aversion to lightand is attributable to long-depressed liver channel wind-heat or damp-heat causing damage to yīn and causing blood stasis.
Biomedical correspondence: parenchymatous (interstitial) keratitis.
