Jealous semen sore
妬精疮 〔妬精瘡〕 dù jīng chuāng
See gān sore.
Etymology
Chinese: 妬 (same as 妒) dù, jealous; 精 jīng, essence, semen; 疮 chuāng, sore. The origins of the term are not clear. One view is that the condition is caused by jealousy or antagonism (意不合而相斥) between the seminal deposits in the vagina of a woman having sex with multiple partners, an explanation that hints at promiscuity. Another view is that (in men), the condition is caused by jealously
withholding ejaculation to prolong pleasure or to preserve one’s essence.
