Interior repletion

裏实 〔裏實〕lǐ shí

1. Any disease pattern resulting from external evil transforming into heat and entering the interior to bind in the stomach and intestines and thereby causing vigorous heat [effusion], vexation and thirst, abdominal pain and constipation (bowel repletion pattern).

2. Binding depression of qì and blood, gathering of phlegm, food stagnation, and worm accumulation.
