The knees. The knee is an area in which many large sinews converge and is the location of GB-34 (Yáng Mound Spring, 阳陵泉 yáng líng quán), the meeting point of the sinews. Limpness of the sinews affecting the knees is observed especially in insufficiency of the kidney and liver.
