Glomus lump
痞块 〔痞塊〕pǐ kuài
Any palpable abdominal mass. These are classified in ancient literature as concretions, conglomerations, accumulations, and gatherings, sometimes being given more specific names as strings and aggregations or deep-lying beam. The presence of a glomus lump invariably heralds pronounced abdominal distension.
Biomedical correspondence: tumor or enlargement of an organ.
