饮食〔飲食〕yǐn shí; 水榖〔水榖〕shuǐ gǔ

1. Also grain and water. Items of sustenance that enter the body by the mouth. In Chinese medical texts, food is often referred to as grain and water, as in the term nontransformation of grain and water.
