Fetal feebleness

胎弱 〔胎弱〕tāi ruò

Also fetal emaciation; fetal timidity. Any condition of qì or blood vacuity from birth, characterized by thin weak skin, lack of hair, physical cold and cold limbs, yellow facial complexion and emaciated flesh, inhibited bending and stretching of the sinews, and limp aching lumbus.

Medicinal therapy: Supplement qì and blood; enrich the liver and kidney. Use Perfect Major Supplementation Decoction (十全大补汤 shí quán dà bǔ tāng) and Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill (六味地黄丸 liù wèi dì huáng wán) or their variations.
