Enriching and moistening with cold sweet medicinals

甘寒滋润 〔甘寒滋潤〕 gān hán zī rùn

Medicinal therapy: Cold sweet enriching moistening medicinals include dried/fresh rehmannia (Rehmanniae Radix, 生地黄 shēng dì huáng), cooked rehmannia (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 熟地黄 shú dì huáng), ophiopogon (Ophiopogonis Radix, 麦门冬 mài mén dōng), Sichuan fritillaria (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, 川贝母 chuān bèi mǔ), lily bulb (Lilii Bulbus, 百合 bǎi hé), Chinese angelica (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归 dāng guī), white peony (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 白芍药 bái sháo yào), raw licorice (Glycyrrhizae Radix Cruda, 生甘草 shēng gān cǎo), scrophularia (Scrophulariae Radix, 玄参 xuán shēn), and platycodon (Platycodonis Radix, 桔梗 jié gěng).
