Dry nails
爪甲干枯 〔爪甲乾枯〕zhǎo jiǎ gān kū
Nail evincing a desiccated appearance. This condition can be due to qì vacuity, shortage of blood, depletion of liquids, or contraction of cold-damp. Since the liver has its bloom in the nails, dry nails are usually attributed specifically to depletion of liver yīn-blood.
