迫 〔迫〕 pò
To cause acute disturbance. For example, in the term heat distressing the large intestine,
where damp-heat damages the stomach and large intestine, affecting conveyance of waste, distress describes how heat creates abdominal pain, severe diarrhea with yellow malodorous stool, and a burning sensation in the anus.
