Indications:
- Clears the lung, disinhibits the throat, and resolves toxin: Lung heat cough, loss of voice, painful swollen throat.
- Stanches bleeding: Blood heat vomiting of blood (blood ejection), coughing of blood, or nosebleed.
Dosage & Method: Oral: 3–6g in decoctions. Also used in pills and powders. Topically applied as a powder.
Quality: Large, round, unbroken puffballs that are powdery on the inside.
Product Area: Mongolia, Gānsū, and Shǎnxī (Shaanxi).
