Actions and indications: Resolves heat, allays thirst, and frees strangury. Treats heat vexation; dispersion-thirst (xiāo kě); jaundice; stone strangury; hemorrhoids.

Notes: The kiwi fruit is a new cultivar of the original Chinese gooseberry.
