Indications:
- Supplements the kidney and secures essence: Impotence, seminal emission, premature ejaculation, dribbling after voiding urine, excessive white vaginal discharge, and lumbar pain when these are due to kidney vacuity.
- Nourishes the liver and brightens the eyes: Dizziness and clouded vision.
Dosage & Method: Oral: 10–20g in decoctions.
Warnings: Because shā yuàn zǐ is warm and supplementing and has a securing and astringing action, it should be used with care in yīn vacuity with effulgent fire and in inhibited urination. It is contraindicated in
