Treats The root treats: diarrhea due to vacuity cold; taxation damage; cough and phlegm-panting; flusteredness. The whole herb treats: otitis media; nasosinusitis; painful swollen throat; toxin swelling of sores and welling-abscesses (yōng); headache.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (0.3–0.6g).
