- Nourishes the heart and quiets the spirit:
Disquieted heart spirit. - Relieves cough and calms panting: Cough; wheezing and panting.
- Supplements qì and nourishes the blood:
Insufficiency of qì and blood and spleen-stomach vacuity.
Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (3–15g) or take 1.5–3g at a time with wine.
Production area: Zhèjiāng, Jiāngxī, Húnán, Guǎngxī, and Fújiàn.
