Downbears qì and transforms phlegm: Cough with copious phlegm from a variety of causes, fullness in the chest and rapid panting.
Dosage & Method: Oral: 3–10g in decoctions.
Quality: Thick rhizomes with long roots clean of earth are the best.
Product Area: ānhuī, Zhèjiāng, Húnán.
