Properties: Sweet and slightly bitter*; balanced*; nontoxic.

Channel entry: Liver and kidney channels.

Indications:

Dispels wind; disinhibits dampness; frees menstruation; quickens the blood.

wind-damp lumbar and knee pain; wilting (wěi) of the lower extremities; hypertonicity of the sinews; blood strangury; bloody urine; amenorrhea; concretions and conglomerations.

Dosage & Method: Oral: Decoct (4.5–9g), steep in wine, or use in powders etc.
