Use: Medicinal

Properties: Sweet; warm.

Actions and indications: Quickens the blood and dispels wind; disperses swelling and settles pain. Treats wind-damp pain; bone fractures; stomach pain; menstrual irregularities.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (10–30g) or grind to powder (0.9–3g at a time), or steep in wine.
