Actions and indications: Treats cadaverous influx (尸疰 shī zhù, denoting consumption, i.e., pulmonary tuberculosis) and ghost qì (鬼气 guǐ qì); enduring miasmic taxation malaria (久瘴劳疟 jiǔ zhàng láo nüè), with aversion to cold and heat effusion at irregular times (寒热无时 hán rè wú shí).
