Indications:

• Moves qì and disperses binds: Mounting (shàn) qì pain; painful swollen testicles.
• Disperses cold and relieves pain: Enduring pain in the stomach duct; menstrual pain; postpartum abdominal pain.

Dosage & Method: Oral: 10–15g in decoctions, powders, or pills.

Quality: Large plump seeds are the best.

Product Area: Guǎngdōng, Fújiàn, Táiwān, Sìchuān.
