Properties: Acrid, bitter; warm.
Actions and indications: Chuān mù xiāng moves qì and relieves pain. Treats abdominal distension and pain; rumbling intestines; diarrhea and tenesmus; pain and discomfort in the rib-side.
Dosage and method: Oral: 3–9g. Topical: grind to a powder.
Notes: This is one form of mù xiāng
Production area: Vladimiria soulei: Western Sìchuān and Tibet.
