Indications:
- Disinhibits urine; clears the head and eyes; eliminates vexation and thirst: Headache, clouded vision, hypersomnia; vexation and thirst.
- Disperses food and transforms phlegm: Food accumulation; phlegm stagnation.
Dosage & Method:
Oral: 1–3g in decoctions. It is generally infused as a beverage, but it can also be used in pills and powders.
Warning:
Contraindicated in insomnia.
