Indications:
Dispels wind-damp; strengthens sinew and bone.
wind-damp impediment (fēng shī bì) pain; hypertonicity and numbness; limp wilting sinew and bone.
Dosage & Method: Oral: Decoct (4.5–9g) or steep in wine. Topical: Grind to a powder and apply mixed.
Quality: Stout reddish-brown rhizomes with a strong aroma are best.
Product Area: Guǎngxī, Yúnnán.
