Properties: Astringent; cold; toxic.

Actions and indications: Treats cancer; acute and chronic leukemia; oxhide lichen (niú pí xiǎn); hepatosplenomegaly due to schistosomiasis.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (9–15g dried, 30–60g fresh), extract the juice, or use in pills. Topical: Apply crushed.

Production area: Jiāngxī, Zhèjiāng, Húnán, Húběi, Sìchuān, Yúnnán, Guìzhōu, Guǎngxī, Guǎngdōng.
