Actions and indications: Clears heat; allays thirst; disinhibits water; disperses swelling. Treats vexation and thirst; water swelling; strangury; swollen welling-abscesses (yōng zhǒng).

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (30–60g) or squeeze the juice. Topical: Decoct as a wash.
