Indications:

  • Clears heat and resolves toxin: Internal welling-abscesses (nèi yōng) and sores; mammary welling-abscess (rǔ yōng); eczema; venomous snake bites.
  • Disinhibits dampness and abates jaundice: Damp-heat jaundice.
  • Quickens the blood and disperses swelling: injury from knocks and falls.

    Dosage & Method:

    Oral: Decoct (15–30g dried, 30–60g fresh, 90–120g large dose). Topical: Apply crushed or decoct as a wash.
