CMD Subscription Plans
Get Unlimited free access is provided for the Terms section of CMD only. Other sections are accessible only by paid subscription.
Gain full access to all sections of CMD by paid subscription:
- Create and account by filling out the form below, providing name, address, email, password, and credit card details.
- Choose a plan, either
- a monthly plan for USD20 or
- an annual plan for USD100
- Free one-week trial: Whichever plan option you choose, you will have an initial free one-week trial with the option of cancelling your subscription before your credit card is charged.
- Automatic renewal: Any paid subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the month or year failing prior cancellation.
- Cancellation: You may cancel any time before the end of an initial free trial or subscription period. To do this, just click on the Cancel button below and follow the instructions.
- Notification: To ensure that you don’t pay for something you don’t want, we will send you an email reminder that your free or paid access is about to expire.
