Ingredients
- Bái tóu wēng (白头翁 Pulsatillae Radix, pulsatilla [root])15g
- Qín pí (秦皮 Fraxini Cortex, ash [bark]) 12g
- Huáng lián (黄连 Coptidis Rhizoma, coptis [root]) 6g
- Huáng bǎi (黄柏 Phellodendri Cortex, phellodendron [bark]) 12g
- Ē jiāo (阿胶 Asini Corii Colla, ass hide glue) 9g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 3g
Actions: Clears heat and checks dysentery; enriches yīn and nourishes the blood.
Indications: Postpartum heat dysentery, heat dysentery in blood vacuity patients, or enduring dysentery damaging yīn-blood.
