当归饮子 〔當歸飲子〕dāng guī yǐn zǐ

Ingredients:
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 5g
- Sháo yào (芍药 Paeoniae Radix, peony [root]) 3g
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 3g
- Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 4g
- Bái jí lí (白蒺藜 Tribuli Fructus, tribulus [fruit]) 3g
- Jīng jiè (荆芥 Schizonepetae Herba, schizonepeta) 1.5g
- Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 3g
- Shǒu wū (首乌 Polygoni Multiflori Radix, flowery knotweed [root]) 2g
- Huáng qí (黄芪 Astragali Radix, astragalus [root]) 1.5g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 1g
Action: Quickens the blood and transforms stasis; expels wind and clears heat.
Indication: Chronic itchy eczema with scant discharge in yīn vacuity.
