Mugwort and Cyperus Palace-Warming Pill
艾附暖宫丸 〔艾附暖宮丸〕ài fù nuǎn gōng wán

Ingredients:
- ài yè (艾叶 Artemisiae Argyi Folium, mugwort [leaf]) 90g
- Xiāng fù (香附 Cyperi Rhizoma, cyperus [rhizome]) 180g
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 90g
- Bái sháo (白芍 Paeoniae Radix Alba, white peony [root]) 60g
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 60g
- Huáng qí (黄芪 Astragali Radix, astragalus [root]) 60g
- Wú zhū yú (吴茱萸 Evodiae Fructus, evodia [fruit]) 60g
- Xù duàn (续断 Dipsaci Radix, dipsacus [root]) 45g
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) 30g
- Ròu guì (肉桂 Cinnamomi Cortex, cinnamon bark) 15g
- Cù (醋 Acetum , vinegar)
Action: Supplements the blood; warms the uterus; calms the fetus.
Indication: Cold pain in the lower abdomen, and distension in second or third trimester of pregnancy. Tongue: Pale with white fur.
