• Shí xiè (石蟹 Brachyurae Fossilia, crab fossil) 10g
• Dì gǔ pí (地骨皮 Lycii Cortex, lycium bark) 3g
• Zhǐ ké (qiào) (枳壳 Aurantii Fructus, bitter orange) (stir-fried) 3g
• Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) (washed in wine) 10g
• Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 3g
• Bǔ gǔ zhī (补骨脂 Psoraleae Fructus, psoralea [fruit]) 1.5g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 1.5g
• Mù zéi (木贼 Equiseti Hiemalis Herba, equisetum) 1.5g
• Gǒu qǐ zǐ (枸杞子 Lycii Fructus, lycium [berry]) 1.5g
• Jú huā (菊花 Chrysanthemi Flos, chrysanthemum [flower]) 1.5g
• Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 1.5g
