Source: Běn Shì Fāng 本事方

Ingredients

• Pú huáng (蒲黄 Typhae Pollen, typha pollen) (!!泡)
• Bì bō (荜茇 Piperis Longi Fructus, long pepper¹)

Indications: Qì pain, bleeding, and menstrual irregularities in women.

Method: Ingredients in equal proportions. Grind to a fine powder, cook with honey, and form into 300 mg pills.

Dosage: 10 pills twice a day.
