Ingredients:

• Hé shǒu wū (何首乌 Polygoni Multiflori Radix, flowery knotweed [root]) 300g
• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 150g
• Gǒu qǐ zǐ (枸杞子 Lycii Fructus, lycium [berry]) 150g
• Tù sī zǐ (菟丝子 Cuscutae Semen, cuscuta [seed]) 150g
• Bǔ gǔ zhī (补骨脂 Psoraleae Fructus, psoralea [fruit]) 120g
• Niú xī (牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) 150g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 150g
• Hēi zhī má (黑芝麻 Sesami Semen Nigrum, black sesame [seed]) 300g

Action: Supplements the liver and kidney.

Indication: Liver-kidney insufficiency with clouded head and flowery vision, limp aching lumbus and knees, and premature graying of the hair.

Method: The sesame seed is used to steam the flowery knotweed and stir-fry the psoralea. The ingredients are then ground to a powder and blended with honey to form 9 gr pills.

Dosage: One pill in the morning and evening with salted water.
