Ingredients

• Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 240g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 90g
• Guì zhī (桂枝 Cinnamomi Ramulus, cinnamon twig) 30g
• Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber]) 90g
• Fù zǐ (附子 Aconiti Radix Lateralis Praeparata, aconite [accessory root]) 30g
• Mǔ dān pí (牡丹皮 Moutan Cortex, moutan [bark]) 90g
• Shān zhū yú (山茱萸 Corni Fructus, cornus [fruit]) 120g
• Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root]) 120g

Actions: ???????????????

Indications: Insufficiency of kidney yáng with such signs as cold painful lumbus and knees, hypertonicity of the lesser abdomen (lower abdomen), inhibited urination, profuse urination at night, or urinary incontinence, phlegm-rheum cough, dispersion-thirst (xiāo kě), water swelling, and enduring diarrhea.
